MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Trade Diesel Mechanic.
At least 3 years' experience in the position of mechanic post
Proven ability to maintain a vehicle fleet and farm equipment
Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Strong record keeping skills
Strong management and communication skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Valid drivers' license
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Fault finding, servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown support to ensure reliable operation of the farm and fleet
