Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Marketplace Execution & Performance


Execute Marketplace initiatives aligned to the SA BEES monetisation and commercial strategy.
Support revenue, pricing, and margin execution to ensure Marketplace competitiveness.
Track and report on Marketplace KPIs including revenue, volume, margin, and partner performance.


Cross‑Functional Enablement


Partner with Logistics, Sales, Solutions, Finance, and Legal to enable effective Marketplace execution.
Support governance processes, issue resolution, and execution follow‑through across stakeholders.
Coordinate inputs and actions required to deliver Marketplace priorities.


Partner & Portfolio Execution


Support the build and activation of a prioritized Marketplace partner pipeline.
Assist in partner onboarding, commercial negotiations, and performance tracking.
Manage day‑to‑day partner engagement and service delivery against agreed KPIs.


Operations & Marketplace Enablement


Support SKU onboarding, portfolio expansion, and operational readiness of Marketplace partners.
Monitor logistics and distribution KPIs and flag risks or improvement opportunities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enable Marketplace scale and efficiency.
