We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in digital campaigns, content marketing, social media management, and online audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging and strategic content.
Create digital content including graphics, captions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and traffic generation.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and track return on investment (ROI).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, marketing, and communication objective
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation metrics.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools/applications.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing applications will be an added advantage.
