We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging content, capture quality photos and videos during company events and activities, and turn them into compelling content for our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
Take high-quality photos and videos during company events, activities and campaigns.
Edit photos and videos into engaging social media content, including reels, short videos and other visual content.
Create content calendars and support consistent posting across digital platforms.
Write engaging captions, copy and other digital content.
Monitor social media trends and develop creative content ideas relevant to the brand.
Manage and maintain the company\'s social media presence.
Track social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories, activities and events that can be converted into engaging content.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management.
Good photography and videography skills.
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
Good writing, communication and storytelling skills.
Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
Experience creating content for corporate, healthcare or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
