Job Description
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales across all branches and brands.
Create high-quality photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Facebook & Instagram Ads
TikTok Ads
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all platforms.
Capture high-quality content at branch locations, including products, vehicles, customer testimonials, staff activities, events, and behind-the-scenes operations.
Manage and update company websites, ensuring products, promotions, services, and content remain accurate and up to date.
Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, reviews, and customer messages in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with branch teams to convert digital leads into sales opportunities and track conversion performance.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, exhibitions, sales campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, graphics, testimonials, and marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports highlighting key insights, recommendations, and ROI.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Experience running paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
