Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:


Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
Manage and optimize the hospital's website and social media platforms
Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies
Monitor digital campaign performance and generate analytical reports
Manage online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads
Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain digital communication databases
Track trends in healthcare digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches
Strengthen the hospital's digital brand presence and online reputation
Collaborate with internal departments to promote hospital programs, services, and events
Support digital patient engagement initiatives and service awareness campaigns


Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations,
Media Studies, or related field
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in digital marketing preferably in a hospital set up
Demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising, SEO, social media management, and content creation
Experience using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Graphic design and basic video editing skills will be an added advantage
Experience in healthcare marketing is desirable
