Tybitx Services International Limited is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and highly analytical Digital Marketer to oversee and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for our client.
This is a fully remote position, requiring a self-starting professional who can independently drive online lead generation, manage digital ad spend, and expand our client's online brand presence. The ideal candidate will move past basic posting to build highly optimized digital campaigns, manage conversion funnels, and track data metrics that turn internet traffic into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other critical digital channels to generate high-quality business leads.
Digital Content & Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy, email marketing sequences, and landing page content that drives high engagement and conversions.
SEO & Web Optimization: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to increase organic search visibility and optimize conversion rate funnels on landing pages.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Set up and track digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management, identifying cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Email & SMS Marketing: Build, segment, and execute automated email marketing workflows and SMS drip campaigns to nurture cold prospects into active clients.
Virtual Team Syncs: Collaborate remotely with graphic designers, social media managers, and the sales team to ensure brand alignment across all digital assets.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience running profitable digital marketing campaigns, managing ad budgets, and building inbound funnels.
Remote Work Readiness: Proven ability to work autonomously, stay organized without direct physical supervision, and maintain constant virtual communication with a reliable internet and power setup.
Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Selar), and basic CMS management.
Core Skills: Exceptional persuasive writing skills, a strong head for marketing mathematics (ROAS, ROI, CTR), and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
