Job Requirements:
He/She Will be responsible for shaping the company's external and internal visibility by driving impactful digital communication, strengthening the brand, and ensuring seamless IT systems administration.
The role integrates marketing, branding, and IT oversight to deliver measurable growth in visibility, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
The holder will play a key role in positioning the company as a trusted leader through innovative communication, technology adoption, and process optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging, and consistent content for the company's social media platforms and website.
Creative Design: Design videos, posters, artworks, and other marketing materials to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website performance to improve ranking, visibility, and traffic.
Content Planning: Develop structured content calendars for social media and blogs aligned with campaigns and strategic objectives.
Social Media & Newsletters: Manage company social media platforms, engage audiences, and prepare external newsletters for stakeholders.
Photography & Documentation: Capture professional photos and videos of company events and activities, ensuring proper visual documentation.
Event Planning & Management: Coordinate and oversee company events, symposiums, and CSR activities to strengthen visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Company Branding: Support branding initiatives, corporate impact communication, and CSR- driven campaigns.
IT Administration: Manage and support office software, hardware, and network infrastructure for operational efficiency.
IT Audits & Gap Closure: Conduct audits, identify risks, recommend, and implement solutions to strengthen IT systems.
AI & Automation: Research, propose, and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Cybersecurity: Lead and coordinate cybersecurity practices across systems to safeguard company data and operations.
Internal Communication: Create and distribute a monthly internal newsletter to keep staff informed and engaged.
Campaign Leadership: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for company promotions, events, and symposiums.
Sole Design Lead: Serve as the primary creative resource for all company branding, design, and artwork requirements.
Other Duties: Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the General Manager and/or Management in line with organizational needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing (BCOM), IT, Computer Science, Information Science, or any other related field.
2 - 3 years' proven experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing, branding, or IT systems management.
Additional professional certifications/courses in Digital Marketing, SEO, Design, or IT Systems will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong content development and copywriting skills, with ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
Proficiency in video editing, photography, and event planning/management.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs), marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp), and basic CRM systems.
Practical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, with basic photography & image editing capability.
