Our client is seeking to hire a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant with experience in the service industry, particularly in areas such as training services, management systems, HR services, or professional consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote service-based offerings
Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
Create and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
Run and optimize Google Ads and social media campaigns
Generate and nurture B2B leads, particularly targeting corporates and SMEs
Manage website content and support basic SEO initiatives
Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and prepare reports
Support marketing of training programs, management systems, and HR services
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing within a service-based organization
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation
Ability to create graphics and short videos using digital tools and AI platforms
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO basics, and performance analytics
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
