The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of the organisation's digital marketing initiatives. The role assists in enhancing online presence, driving engagement, and contributing to the achievement of marketing objectives across digital channels
Responsibilities:
Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites whilst maintaining an adherence to brand guidelines.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to engagement and tracking performance metrics.
Support SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives to improve visibility and traffic.
Developing campaign concepts for positive brand awareness.
Conducting research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors and end-to end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Help track and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Support administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing department.
Co-ordinating with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
Developing creative visual solutions following the process from concept through to production.
Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field .
1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
