Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position that goes beyond a social media manager role. Yes, you will manage our platforms, but the bigger job is thinking strategically about growth and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase Creamix brand visibility, consistently building a genuine community around the brand, and connecting every marketing effort to revenue.
This role requires close collaboration with teams to maintain the brand's online presence and a keen focus on delivering measurable results. We want someone who sees an opportunity and moves on it without waiting to be told.
What you'll own
Our full online presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
Content strategy, execution, and community engagement.
Content creation and calendar management from concept and copy to shooting, editing, and posting.
Community building turning followers into loyal customers and loyal customers into advocates.
Email and WhatsApp marketing - list growth, campaign planning, and broadcast execution.
Influencer and collaboration outreach - identifying the right partnerships and managing them end to end.
Monthly marketing reports tracking growth, engagement, leads generated, and revenue influenced.
Generating and testing new marketing ideas proactively without waiting for a brief.
What we're looking for
2 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a consumer brand, food business, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment.
Strong content creation skills - you can write well, shoot decent content, and understand what performs on each platform.
A genuine understanding of community building not just posting but creating a space people want to be part of.
A sales-oriented mindset. You tie every marketing effort back to revenue and conversion, not just vanity metrics.
Self-starter. You bring ideas to the table without being prompted and follow through without being chased.
Strong analytical thinking. You look at numbers, draw conclusions, and adjust accordingly.
Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for brand voice and detail.
Nice to have
Experience marketing a food, hospitality, or events brand.
Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Flodesk.
An existing presence or network in Lagos food, lifestyle, or events circles.
