The Digital Marketer will work closely with the Marketing Lead, Events Coordinator, Sales, and Product teams to deliver measurable marketing impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Planning and Execution


Plan and run digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email and other relevant platforms.
Translate the marketing strategy into targeted digital initiatives aligned with product and regional goals.
Create and manage campaign calendars, A/B tests, budgets and optimization cycles.


​​​​​​​Content Creation and Management


Develop compelling content tailored to students, teachers and parents.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
Collaborate with designers, the Events Coordinator and Marketing Lead to create integrated campaign assets.


​​​​​​​Social Media and Community Engagement


Manage Zeraki's social media channels with the aim of increasing engagement and conversions.
Respond to comments and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
Launch user-generated content initiatives across different platforms.


​​​​​​​Website and SEO Optimization


Support website content updates and landing page improvements.
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility.
Work with the Product and Tech teams to ensure a smooth and user-friendly digital journey.


​​​​​​​ Email Marketing and Customer Retention


Develop targeted email campaigns for leads, schools and parent communities.
Manage lists, segmentation, automation and reporting
Support retention by promoting new features, reminders, updates and learning resources.


​​​​​​​Analytics, Reporting and Insights


Track campaign performance across social media channels using analytics tools.
Produce fortnightly and monthly reports with insights, learnings and improvement recommendations.
Work with Marketing Lead to ensure digital efforts contribute to KPIs such as traffic, leads, sign-ups and retention.


​​​​​​​Collaborate Across Functions


Partner with the Events Coordinator to amplify event visibility before, during and after on-ground activities.
Support sales with digital assets and outreach messages.
Work with Product team to highlight new releases, user benefits and student success stories.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta business suite, ad managers and Google Analytics.
Strong copywriting and basic design skills.
Ability to create short-form video content.
Understanding of SEO and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication, time management and project execution skills.
Interest in education and technology.
