Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities


Develop daily content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging posts, reels, and videos tailored to our target audience.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, execute new content ideas and optimize user experience.
Monitor trends and incorporate them into content strategy to increase engagement.
Edit and enhance videos for various social media channels.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Monitor and optimize conversion rates
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performances as the basis for data-driven marketing decisions
Website Management
Participate in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution - market activations and fairs.
Undertake any other work-related duties as allocated


Qualifications and Requirements


Diploma or bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, IT, business or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a digital marketing personnel.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Excellent skills in creating, writing, editing (photo/video/text) content
Proficient in the use of key social media marketing tools
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
Proven success in Content Creation that will pull the targeted audience to the brand and for the audience to effectively engage
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
