Description
We are looking for a well experienced and competent Digital marketer/E-commerce manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and business growth.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Social Media Officer, Website & E-Commerce Officer, Content/Graphic Designer, and Customer Engagement Officer.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
Monitor website traffic, social media growth, and customer engagement.
Oversee website and e-commerce operations, including product updates, promotions, and customer experience.
Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Utilize SEO, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and sales.
Analyze digital marketing data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the creative and customer engagement teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Strong experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress or Shopify, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, lead generation, and online conversion optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications in Google Digital Marketing, Meta Digital Marketing, HubSpot Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics are an added advantage.
