Job Summary


The Digital Marketing Executive will support the Head of Marketing (Digital) in executing the company's digital marketing initiatives across various online platforms.
The role focuses on assisting with campaign execution, managing day-to-day digital activities, tracking performance, and supporting lead generation efforts.
The ideal candidate should have 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting digital marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Support the execution of digital marketing and brand campaigns across social media, website, email, and other digital platforms.
Assist in managing day-to-day digital marketing activities including content scheduling, publishing, and campaign monitoring.
Support digital activations and promotional campaigns across online channels.
Collate and track campaign performance data and assist in preparing basic performance reports and insights.
Assist in managing social media platforms by monitoring engagement, responding to basic inquiries, and escalating where necessary.
Support the qualification and collation of marketing leads generated through digital platforms before passing them to the sales or dealer network.
Assist in updating website content and ensuring digital assets remain current and aligned with brand standards.
Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to support timely delivery of digital marketing materials.
Assist in market research, competitor monitoring, and insight gathering to support marketing decisions.
Support administrative tasks related to marketing budgets, approvals, documentation, and campaign records.
Carry out other digital marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Marketing (Digital & Special Projects).


Qualification & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
2 - 3 years' experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Support role
Basic familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools is an added advantage.
