About the Role


We are seeking a results-driven, highly intelligent, and outspoken Digital Marketing Executive to execute, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, confident, innovative, and capable of using modern digital tools to drive measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Execute and implement existing strategies in alignment with business objectives, ensuring accurate formatting and staying up to date with trends.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
Create and manage engaging, high-converting content for websites and social media platforms
Use AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign automation, analytics, and audience targeting
Manage and optimize paid advertising using modern campaign platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
Utilize editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) to produce high-quality visual and video content
Add video creation and editing to campaigns and social media content
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports
Stay updated on digital trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates
Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI
Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.


Requirements


OND, Diploma, HND, or BSc Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Candidates without formal qualifications will be considered if they demonstrate substantial practical experience and a strong, proactive work ethic
3 - 5 years proven experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms
Proficiency in modern digital campaign platforms
Excellent understanding of TikTok and LinkedIn growth strategies
Strong experience with video editing and content editing tools
Confident, articulate, smart, and outspoken personality
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable results


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in B2B marketing or lead generation
Certification in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related field
Experience managing executive or corporate brand positioning.


What We Offer


Competitive salary within the range of N150,000 - N250,000 (based on experience and competence).
