PURPOSE (A brief overview of the role)
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
KEY DUTIES
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with external vendors, clients etc to amplify ongoing campaigns
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Daily reporting of website metrics to ensure continued growth
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE /SKILLS
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in digital marketing
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Knowledge of SEO, SEM
Consumer and product growth strategy
ROI Analysis, Web Analytics and Reporting
Copywriting
QUALIFICATIONS
BSc/MSc in Marketing or a related field
