Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage the company's website and ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates.
Create and oversee digital content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Track marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Digital Marketing role.
Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
