Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and online brand presence.
This role is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversionacross multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is an expert in digital tools, analytics, and trends, with a passion for building impactful online experiences in a highly competitive FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals.
Manage and optimize all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, influencer partnerships, and the company website.
Plan and oversee digital campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms like Meta,Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Lead content strategy and creation; from briefs to publishing; ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.
Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
Oversee digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and spend tracking.
Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with brand managers, sales teams, and creative agencies to ensure integrated messaging and seamless campaign execution.
Manage the company's digital assets and ensure brand alignment across all online platforms.
Support e-commerce strategy and digital lead generation for sales and retail teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency settings.
Strong understanding of digital media buying, targeting, and optimization (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Proven ability to lead successful digital campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
Creative mindset with strong visual and copy sensibility.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
