Department: Marketing & Business Development | Reports To: Marketing Team Lead | Location: Ruiru | Type: Contract
Purpose: Drive patient acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility through digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization - supporting revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management — Plan and execute digital campaigns (social, web, email, SMS) for clinics, wellness events, and new service launches; manage budgets/timelines; optimize for ROI.
Brand & Content — Produce digital content (graphics, video, photography, promotional materials) that stays on-brand; manage website content; support employer/internal branding.
Lead Generation — Generate and nurture patient enquiries; improve enquiry-to-appointment conversion; coordinate with Front Office and Business Development.
Analytics & Reporting — Track website/social performance, enquiries, conversions, and ROI; produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with actionable recommendations.
Reputation Management — Respond to enquiries and reviews promptly; escalate complaints; support patient education content.
Growth — Stay current on digital trends/tools; participate in training and wellness programs; contribute innovative ideas.
Required Skills & Tools: Videography, photography, and content editing; Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; MS Office; social media & website management.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications/PR/Business or related field; 3+ years\' experience in digital marketing, brand management, or marketing communications; healthcare experience a plus; certifications (Google Ads/Analytics, Meta Blueprint) an advantage.
Decision Authority: Autonomous on routine content, scheduling, and reporting; escalates new campaign strategy, budget changes, brand repositioning, and crisis communications to the Marketing Team Lead.
Key KPIs: ≥15% social-enquiry-to-appointment conversion, monthly lead targets, cost-per-acquisition within benchmark, ≤2-hour response time to enquiries, 100% content calendar execution, reports submitted by the 5th of each month.
Key Relationships: Marketing Team Lead, Business Development, Front Office, CRM/Telemarketing, Clinical Departments, ICT, HR, external agencies.
