Job Summary


We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise the organisation's digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, generating leads, and improving conversion rates through innovative digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and performance marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Create, manage, and optimise digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Monitor and optimise website performance, SEO rankings, and user experience.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead nurturing.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms and campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing projects.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, and Paid Advertising.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and similar digital marketing tools.
Proven knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimisation, and WordPress management.
Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or related certifications, are highly preferred.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
