The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms and business lines. This role focuses on SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, website optimization, lead generation, and AI-powered automations to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

This position requires someone who understands both e-commerce marketing and service-based lead generation, and can adapt strategies across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all company platforms and brands.
Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, and conversion-focused campaigns aligned with business goals.
Run and optimize paid advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Use AI tools to improve targeting, ad performance, copy, and campaign efficiency.


Website, E-commerce & Platform Management


Manage and optimize company websites and Shopify stores for traffic, conversions, and user experience.
Optimize product pages, service pages, landing pages, and content for SEO and lead conversion.
Support promotions, service launches, and new offerings across platforms.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase revenue and leads.


Email Marketing, Funnels & Automation


Build and manage email marketing campaigns for both sales and lead nurturing.
Create automated workflows (welcome flows, lead follow-ups, abandoned carts, re-engagement).
Segment audiences and personalize messaging across different business lines.
Implement AI-assisted automation tools to improve response time, follow-ups, and conversions.


Analytics, Reporting & Optimization


Track performance using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, CRM tools, and platform reports.
Analyze traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROAS, and revenue performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaigns using data and AI insights.


Creative, Social Media & Cross-Team Collaboration


Collaborate with social media, content, design, and sales teams across all brands.
Support organic and paid strategies on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create or assist with basic graphics, ads, and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning across platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


Experience


Minimum of 6 years experience in digital marketing across e-commerce and/or service-based businesses.
Experience managing multiple brands or platforms is a strong advantage.


Core Marketing Skills


Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation.
Hands-on experience managing Shopify websites and/or service-based websites.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
AI, Automation & Modern Marketing (Very Important)
Experience using AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, AI copy tools, AI ad optimization tools).
Ability to build and manage marketing automations and workflows.
Experience using AI for content creation, email marketing, ad copy, reporting, and optimization.
Understanding of CRM, lead funnels, and automated follow-up systems.


Creative, Technical & Professional Skills


Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
Understanding of social media platforms and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
