Speedy Affix Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of our client, Davruna Properties, a fast-growing real estate company with property offerings across Ogun State.

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team and drive lead generation, brand visibility, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified real estate leads
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms
Manage and grow the company's social media presence
Create engaging marketing content including graphics, captions, videos, and campaign materials
Maintain and update the company website regularly
Execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and prepare marketing reports
Support branding and online reputation management efforts


Requirements


SSCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and lead generation
Experience with content creation and content marketing
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) is an added advantage
Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress or similar platforms
Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
Professional digital marketing certifications are highly appreciated
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets


Work Structure


Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Ogba, Lagos and 2 days remote
