Clover is looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist to ensure paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. This position is based at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort.
Requirements
Degree
Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
Experience in digital media/advertising across channels (search, social, display, and mobile, etc.)
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy (Intermediate)
Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc)

Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Implementation
Successfully implement social campaign set ups
Record and report on budget spend accurately
Manage programme execution and financial performance while ensuring delivery of Key Performance Indicators
Implement media plans
Utilise ad management interfaces and bidding tools (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Programmatic Ad Tech platforms) effectively
Media Planning
Coordinate and lead digital media planning
Gain and maintain insight into new digital channels and provide input into their effective utilisation by brands when they become available and are relevant
Support brand teams with digital transformation and adoption for their relevant brands in line with the overall strategy
Analyse performance, changes and develop best practice insights for the brands in line with digital space
Coordinate and guide the agreement of KPIs for campaigns and budgets if they are not pre-defined
Research new and exciting digital media opportunities to future proof brands in the digital platform space
Identify the right audiences and channels for campaigns
Effectively manage media channels to deliver on cost, quality and timing targets
Lead creative thinking on campaign execution using multiple digital media channels
Digital Media Optimisation
Review live data and recommend changes to affect overall campaign performance
Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads
Optimise the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Proactively use optimisations and insights for future campaigns/iterations
Deliver Reporting
Derive insights and propose tactics and recommendations
Propose changes and channel experimentation for enhanced results
Ensure effective monthly budget tracking and reporting
Ensure spend is in-line with budget
