NCDF Group is recruiting ambitious, creative and commercially minded Digital Sales, Marketing & Community Growth Interns to support the Group's digital growth, online sales, lead generation, community mobilisation, content marketing and stakeholder engagement across its growing ecosystem of investment, fintech, education, healthcare, technology, media and infrastructure platforms.
This internship is designed for candidates who want practical exposure to real campaign execution, digital sales, social media growth, paid advertising, audience mobilisation, lead capture, campaign analytics and business development support.
This is not a routine social media posting role. Interns will work on live institutional projects and learn how digital engagement is converted into measurable commercial, programme, investor, stakeholder and community-growth outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Successful interns will support the team to:


Create and publish approved content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, email and other relevant digital channels.
Support digital sales campaigns, lead generation, enquiry follow-up and conversion tracking.
Assist with community mobilisation for programmes, webinars, campaigns, briefings, platform launches and stakeholder engagements.
Prepare social media captions, advert copy, email drafts, WhatsApp campaign messages and campaign updates.
Support paid advertising campaigns, audience targeting, campaign monitoring and basic optimisation.
Track engagement, enquiries, registrations, leads, campaign responses and conversion movement.
Assist with weekly digital performance reports and campaign learning notes.
Work with graphics, video, web, business development and programme teams to support coordinated campaign delivery.
Protect NCDF Group's brand standards, confidential materials, digital assets and campaign information.

Interested in working across multiple sectors, including investment, fintech, education, healthcare, media, technology and infrastructure.


Preferred Skills


Experience or interest in any of the following will be an advantage:
Digital marketing, social media management, online sales, lead generation, Canva or basic design tools, content writing, community management, email marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, WhatsApp mobilisation, spreadsheet reporting, CRM support and campaign analytics.
