Job Summary
The Digital Trade Officer will be responsible for managing customer digital transactions, supporting online trading activities, resolving issues related to digital payments, and ensuring smooth execution of all digital trade operations. The role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to provide excellent customer support in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, or transaction-related requests.
Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities.
Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
Promote adherence to the organization's financial and compliance policies.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding customers for digital services and platforms.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
Excellent communication skills—must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital financial transactions (added advantage).
