Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Dimensional Inspector to support quality inspection activities across different stages of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have technical inspection knowledge, be able to interpret engineering drawings, and maintain accurate quality records.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect fabricated structures and products at various stages of production.
Conduct inspections for cutting, stamping, notching, bending, heel cutting, and welding assembly processes.
Maintain and develop daily inspection reports and quality control records.
Interpret part drawings, structural drawings, and welded assembly drawings.
Understand and execute inspection test plans.
Use measuring instruments effectively during inspection activities.
Support quality assurance standards and collaborate with production teams.
Maintain compliance with manufacturing quality plans.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Fabrication Engineering.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
0 - 2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Quality Control within:
Oil & Gas.
Transmission Towers.
Telecom Towers.
Solar Structure Manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of fabrication and inspection processes.
Ability to interpret engineering and structural drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection activities.
Basic understanding of steel sections and grades.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Good coordination and communication across departments.
