Job Summary
The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services directly to customers through field and/or indoor sales activities. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services
Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Conduct product presentations and explain features/benefits to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales
Accurately complete and submit all required sales documentation
Maintain proper records of daily sales activities and reports
Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer insights
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales targets
Number of new customers acquired
Conversion rate (leads to sales)

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of [OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree] in any relevant field
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of sales tools or CRM systems is an added advantage
