The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities


Prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.
Promote banking products and services including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.
Handle customer onboarding while ensuring full KYC compliance and documentation accuracy.
Maintain accurate sales records using approved reporting tools.
Build and sustain customer relationships for retention and referrals.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Requirements


HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related sectors.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of local market dynamics is an added advantage.
