Job Summary


The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement.
The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed defined sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities


Actively prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.
Promote the bank's products and services, including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.
Conduct customer onboarding, ensuring full compliance with KYC and documentation standards.
Maintain accurate and timely sales records using approved reporting tools.
Build lasting relationships to encourage customer retention and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.


Minimum Requirements


HND / B.Sc. Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related industries.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with local market dynamics is an advantage.
