Responsibilities


Prospect and identify potential customers or clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to educate prospects about products or services, highlight features and benefits, and address customer questions or objections.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized service, assistance, and support to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
Recommend products or services to customers based on their requirements, preferences, and budget, offering solutions that meet their needs and address pain points.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales and secure commitments, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospects in a timely manner, nurturing relationships, overcoming objections, and persuading prospects to take action.
Manage sales pipeline and activities, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress using CRM software or sales tracking tools to prioritize efforts and maximize sales conversion.
Collaborate with sales teams, marketing teams, and product specialists to coordinate sales efforts, share insights, and leverage resources to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position products effectively, differentiate offerings, and anticipate customer needs.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills, learn new techniques, and share best practices with colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions, documenting details, feedback, and outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes.
Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies, product development, and marketing campaigns.
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with sales policies, regulations, and industry guidelines, ensuring transparency, honesty, and integrity in all sales interactions.
