We are looking for smart, energetic, and persuasive individuals to join our team in Onitsha.
You will be responsible for driving sales and onboarding clients [DSA- individual retail customers] and [DSE- small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs)] while delivering excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, acquire, and onboard new retail and SME clients
Market and sell savings accounts, current accounts, loans, POS solutions, and other financial products
Conduct field marketing and client engagement activities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Analyze client needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate customer documentation and ensure compliance with banking policies
Requirements:
OND / HND / B.Sc. (minimum of Second Class Lower or Upper Credit for HND)
Must be under 30 years
Must reside in Onitsha
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Target-driven, resilient, and customer-focused
Previous sales experience is an advantage (banking/financial services preferred)
