Key Responsibilities


Customer Acquisition: Proactively finding, prospecting, and onboarding new clients through cold calling, referrals, and field activations.
Sales Execution: Presenting, demonstrating, and selling products/services, while negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Submitting daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis to management.
Customer Support: Resolving complaints, guiding customers through application processes, and providing product knowledge.


Requirements and Qualifications


Education: A high school diploma is often the minimum, while a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is frequently preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a direct sales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is highly valued.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Attributes: High energy, results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and, in some cases, basic technical support for product configuration.
