KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure Compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
Provide leadership to the finance team and drive process improvements.
Support management with data-driven insights for strategi decision making.
QUAIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 8 years' experience in senior finance roles, preferably in hospitality or luxury service sectors.
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of strategic financial management and business planning.
