Duties
Taking overall charge of the medical Centre
Coordinating the work and activities of Subordinate staff at the medical centre
Responsible to the Rector for the smooth running of the medical centre
Performing other duties as maybe assigned by the Rector.
Qualifications and Experience
An MBBS from a recognized institution and must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, with 15 years post qualification cognate experience or a candidate with post- graduate medical qualification in medicine with at least 12 years post qualification cognate experience.
Candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
Candidate must be Information and Communication Technology (ICT) compliant
Candidate must present a current practicing License
Candidate must not be more than 55 years as at the time he/she assumes duty.
Terms of Appointment and Conditions of Service
Salary: CONMESS 7
This appointment is for a period of 5 years and is a single tenure
Conditions of Service are as applicable in all other Federal Polytechnics.
