REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English Language or any of the Arts and Social Sciences from a recognized University with at least 15 years cognate experience and must be a full member of a relevant professional body preferably Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
