Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:

For appointments to this grade, the applicant must have: -


Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Social Sciences, or any other approved equivalent qualifications from a recognized university/institution;
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Social Sciences, or any other approved equivalent qualifications from a recognized university/institution;
Relevant professional certification.
Membership to a relevant professional body.
Proficiency in computer applications
Met the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
A Course in Strategic Leadership Development or its equivalent.


Experience:

Minimum Fifteen (15) years relevant work-experience with at least five (5) years in Middle Level Management.
