Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Disbursement Officer to join our Operations team.
The successful candidate will oversee vehicle disbursement processes, ensuring compliance, quality control, documentation accuracy, and exceptional customer handover experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct final vehicle quality checks and verification of engine/chassis numbers.
Ensure vehicle tracking devices are properly installed and functional.
Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance documentation.
Manage vehicle movement from warehouse to delivery points.
Facilitate professional vehicle handovers to customers.
Maintain accurate disbursement records in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
Support continuous improvement of disbursement and logistics processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years' experience in logistics, fleet management, auto-finance, operations, or vehicle dealership operations.
Good understanding of Nigerian vehicle registration and insurance processes.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital systems and asset-tracking platforms.
