Job Purpose
The Doctor plays a critical frontline role in delivering patient-centred outpatient care. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality clinical services in a cost-effective, efficient, and customer-friendly manner while adhering to national health guidelines and internal standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care:
Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in strict adherence to Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists
Council (KMPDC) standards and internal Standard Treatment Guidelines (STGs).
Ensure high standards of medical ethics, clinical governance, and evidence-based medicine across all client consultations.
Operational Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure full compliance with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical audit benchmarks.
Maintain precise, up-to-date, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions.
Health Promotion & Preventive Care:
Lead and participate in health promotion activities
Advocate for holistic healthcare solutions that support long-term patient wellness and disease management.

Drive service delivery in a customer-friendly manner to maintain high patient satisfaction scores (CSAT) and net promoter ratings.
Position Requirements, Qualifications & Core Competencies
Educational Background: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB / MBBS) from a recognized university.
Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) and hold a valid, current practicing license
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active experience as a practicing medical doctor, preferably in an outpatient or acute care setting.
Clinical & Technical Proficiency: Strong diagnostic and clinical treatment capabilities aligned with standard medical guidelines.
Customer Focus & People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, active listening skills, and a pleasant, empathetic approach to patient care.
Self-Drive & Integrity: Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and unwavering professional integrity.
