We are seeking an experienced Dredge Master with a minimum of 7 years' experience operating Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSDs) to lead dredging operations in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will manage daily dredging activities, optimize production, ensure equipment efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.
Key responsibilities include planning and supervising dredging operations, monitoring production, coordinating equipment maintenance, leading and developing dredging crews, and ensuring compliance with HSE and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years' experience operating Cutter Suction Dredgers.
Strong knowledge of dredging production, operational planning, equipment operation, and safety management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities.
Experience on large-scale marine or reclamation projects is an advantage.
Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
