We are seeking an experienced SSHE-focused professional to support drilling operations by ensuring compliance, driving safety performance, and strengthening operational risk management across project and rig sites.
Main Functions
This role provides SSHE leadership and advisory support for drilling project activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safe execution across all operational phases.
Key Responsibilities
Provide SSHE oversight for drilling projects, rig sites, and rig move operations
Develop and maintain SSHE programs, plans, and induction processes
Conduct compliance audits and site inspections in line with company standards
Monitor contractor SSHE performance and ensure adherence to safety requirements
Support incident reporting, investigation, and implementation of corrective actions
Facilitate SSHE meetings, forums, and safety steering committees
Identify safety trends and drive proactive risk mitigation initiatives
Ensure continuous improvement in site safety culture and awareness
Requirements
Strong knowledge of drilling operations and SSHE regulations
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
Proven experience in safety leadership within drilling environments
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in remote/offshore and high-pressure environments
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
