Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Driver to provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation of company goods, staff, and materials.
The ideal candidate will ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and adhere strictly to road safety and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods, staff, or other items as assigned.
Ensure timely delivery of company products to clients, distributors, or retail outlets.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
Adhere to traffic laws and all road safety regulations.
Keep the company vehicle clean and in excellent working condition.
Assist with loading and offloading of goods when necessary.
Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and signed for.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or logistics manager.
Requirements
Candidate should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND qualifications.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and LASDRI certification.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a corporate or commercial driver.
Age: Between 30 and 40 years.
Must be able to read and write clearly.
Good knowledge of Lagos and interstate routes.
Excellent driving skills and clean driving record.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and of good character.
