Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services, ensuring the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles, and supporting hospital operations through timely and professional driving services.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients, staff, and authorized personnel to designated locations as required.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules are strictly followed.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
Ensure that all vehicle documents, licenses, and permits are valid and up to date.
Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and hospital transportation policies.
Assist with loading and offloading of items when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs.
Respond promptly to emergency transport needs when assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and trade test
At least 5 years driving experience, preferably in a hospital or corporate setting.
Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to remain calm and professional, especially during emergency situations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
