About the Role
Our client is seeking enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Call Centre Agents to join their team. You will engage with potential and existing lottery participants, introduce them to exciting prize opportunities, and support charitable initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial and customer service skills in a dynamic environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing lottery participants via phone.
Persuade customers to participate in the lottery while promoting its benefits.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure participant satisfaction.
Accurately record customer interactions and follow compliance guidelines.
Work towards personal and team-based sales targets.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) – Native or near-native level.
Strong persuasion and communication skills.
Customer service and/or sales experience (advantageous but not essential).
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection.
Location: Remote (South Africa)
