Job Purpose
Responsible for performing a clerical service for the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.
Education and Experience
Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory).
3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar role
Required Job Competencies
Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required
Action employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salaries
Investigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employees
Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager
Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
Deal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner
Effective self-management and teamwork
Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required
