EAP Practitioner: EAP Professional Services:HRES19088 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:


Degree in Social Sciences or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or South African Council for Social Services Professionals (SACSSP) as a Counsellor
1 - 3 years' experience in a EAP environment
A valid driver's license


Core Responsibilities:


Provide employee assistance, support, short-term counselling, and educational programmes to CoE employees to improve their quality of life
Implement and maintain a comprehensive worksite based EAP for CoE in order to assist in the identification and resolution of productivity problems associated with, amongst others, health, emotional and psychological problems
Adhere to governance and risk requirements
Adhere to financial processes to comply with relevant legislation and policies
Adhere to a culture of customer services with EAPs
Ensure positive interpersonal relations with various teams
