Assessment and Progress Monitoring
Assess pupils' academic progress through formative and summative evaluations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil performance.
Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Classroom Management
Establish and maintain positive classroom discipline.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Promote respect, cooperation, and responsible behavior among pupils.
Pastoral Care and Student Development
Support pupils' social and emotional development.
Identify learners who may require additional academic or behavioural support.
Collaborate with school leadership and support staff when necessary.
