Responsibilities
The eatery supervisor is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the effective management of the restaurant, bakery and bar, ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordinating service activities, overseeing staff performance, maintaining operational standards and ensuring that every aspect of the establishment reflects professionalism and quality.
