We’re looking for an Editorial Enablement Manager to help Stacker’s Partners produce newsroom-quality content that meets Stacker’s editorial standards and drive revenue through successful Stacker resale.
This is a partner-facing, post-sale role—you’ll work directly with agencies (Stacker’s Channel Partners) to help them scale their use of Stacker’s product and maximize the value of their client’s content. You’ll create and own the end to end process of training partners on Stacker’s editorial standards, content strategy best practices, and day to day partnership workflows. This includes developing training materials, to leading 1:1 and group training sessions with Partners, proactively diagnosing editorial or workflow challenges, and developing tailored strategies that improve partner performance and outcomes.
While you’ll initially develop enablement materials (guides, templates, videos, certification programs, etc.), the core of this role lies in applying those resources—coaching partners on editorial best practices, optimizing workflows, and helping them operationalize Stacker’s editorial standards to grow their content revenue.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Partnerships, Marketing, Content Strategy and Distribution teams to ensure partners are equipped to create content that resonates with publishers and performs effectively across Stacker’s network.
The ideal candidate combines editorial expertise, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and process-driven enablement thinking—capable of translating Stacker’s editorial and business principles into clear, actionable frameworks that drive partner success.
Serve as a trusted editorial and strategic advisor to Stacker partners, helping them scale content operations and grow revenue through effective use of Stacker’s product.
Lead engaging 1:1 and group partner training sessions focused on Stacker’s editorial guidelines, newsroom-quality storytelling, and best practices for content creation and syndication.
Proactively identify and diagnose partner challenges—including workflow inefficiencies, editorial misalignment, and process gaps—and develop actionable solutions.
Collaborate with Stacker Teams to ensure all partner deliverables meet Stacker’s editorial and brand standards.
Build and maintain scalable enablement materials including documentation, playbooks, style guides, training decks, videos, and certification programs.
Translate complex editorial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-editorial audiences.
Gather partner feedback and performance insights to refine and continuously improve enablement programs and editorial resources.
Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Accounts, Distribution) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the partner experience.
Strong editorial background with experience writing, editing, or managing newsroom-quality or branded content.
Proven success in a partner-facing, enablement, or training role, ideally in media, publishing, or SaaS environments.
Skilled at identifying operational and editorial inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading sessions for both editorial and business audiences.
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, easy-to-understand enablement materials and documentation.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple partner accounts and priorities.
Background in journalism, publishing, or content strategy.
Experience building or managing training, enablement, or certification programs.
Familiarity with content distribution networks, syndication models, or digital publishing workflows.
Understanding of how editorial content contributes to SEO, brand authority (via AI SEO/ GEO), and audience engagement.
Agency Partners consistently create high-quality content that meets Stacker’s editorial standards without internal feedback or intervention. Partners are able to consistently sell Stacker’s product in volume by confidently positioning the value of newsroom-quality content as earned media - and its benefits. Enablement materials are widely adopted, standardized, and integrated in the partner onboarding and growth process. Partner satisfaction and renewal rates increase as a result of improved education enablement and support.
