This is a field-facing sales role for someone who genuinely understands the education environment and thrives in a target-driven space. You will be responsible for developing new business across Gauteng, managing and growing existing school accounts, and representing the company's solutions through in-person demos and presentations to school leadership. If you love being out in the field, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals that matter, this one is for you.

Minimum Requirements


Proven sales experience, ideally within the education sector
Experience selling coding, robotics, or similar edtech solutions is a strong advantage
Comfortable cold calling and opening doors with new prospects
Confident presenting to principals, HODs, and other senior decision-makers
Strong relationship management and account growth track record
Self-motivated, energetic, and consistent with follow-through
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
Based in or able to commute to Rosebank, Johannesburg


Key Responsibilities


Prospect and develop new business opportunities across schools in Gauteng
Manage and nurture an existing client base to grow account value
Conduct in-person product demonstrations at schools
Present solutions confidently to senior leadership and key decision-makers
Cold call and generate your own pipeline of new leads
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the brand professionally in all school-facing engagements
